STUDENT COMPLAINT/GRIEVANCE POLICY
Dear Students:
This school has a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce
Commission (TWC).

The school’s programs are approved by the Texas Workforce Commission.
Wordhouse Healthcare Career Institute is committed to resolving student
concerns fairly and promptly.
Students who have a complaint or grievance should follow the steps
outlined below:
1.
Initial Complaint
The student should first attempt to resolve the issue with the instructor or
appropriate school staff member.
2.
Formal Written Complaint
If the issue is not resolved, the student should submit a written complaint to
the School Director or Administrator.
3.
School Review
The school administration will review the complaint and provide a written
response within a reasonable timeframe.
4.
Appeal
If the student is dissatisfied with the response, they may request further
review by school management.
5.
External Complaint
If the complaint cannot be resolved internally, the student may file a
complaint with:
